Gabriel Uhrig is the Founder and Principal partner of HighGround Commercial Investments. He previously served as the Director of Brokerage for a large Commercial Real Estate Development and Management Company. In that capacity he was directly involved with many of the company’s building acquisitions, re-cast, dispositions, leases, debt sourcing and capital raises totaling over $395 million in volume. He was successful in 100% of the listings and representation assignments that he worked on during his tenure. Mr. Uhrig has extensive knowledge of all asset classes/product types and has successfully closed transactions throughout the country. HighGround has long standing relationships with institutional capital sources, high net worth individuals, private equity firms and family offices around the country.
Prior to working in the Commercial Real Estate industry, Mr. Uhrig was dually certified by the State of Florida as a Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) and Corrections Officer (CO). He was one of the youngest academy graduates the state had ever put through their program and worked briefly for the Lake County Sheriff’s Office before returning to college full time in 1997.
